After Tua came our first Aussie import from Ozstock Kennels NSW.  Briar arrived at 5 1/2 months old and was the perfect addition to our family.  She has produced two litters for us and her progeny are doing extremely well in the show ring both in NZ and across the Tasman, she is now retired and enjoying life with her new family.

Briar has done us proud with Multi Age of Group wins at All Breeds and Open Show level.

She produced our beautiful Coco along with Cash owned by Dr Lynn Kincla.  For her second litter we mated Briar to Tua they produced 3 lovely Brindle & White Boys. Only days after whelping the second litter Briar had to be spayed, this absolutely broke our hearts.
Unfortunately she missed out on her last 2 CC's to title her a Champion but she will always be a Champion in our eyes!
We are now looking forward to what the future will hold for her special babies

Medium sized bitch, square in profile with good balance of substance and elegance. Good overall breed type. Ideal balance of head to body with strongly arched, clean neck, flowing smoothly into withers. Short back, could be a little straighter. Short coupled with good tuck up and good tail set. Well made forequarters. Prefer a little more angulation in the rear for balance. Let down hocks. Good muscular condition with a smooth coat. Ideal head in profile with well carried ears and strength in underjaw. Clean cheeks, strong muzzle with good fill under the eyes and balanced to skull. Broad nose, good lip placement and typical expression from a bright, dark eye. Alert and intelligent. Straight, parallel limbs and clean forechest. Good feet. Prefer more drive from the rear going round. Awarded Best Brood Bitch in Show and Best Bitch Head.
